Martes is the nicest person and real estate agent you will ever meet. She is so sweet and so considerate, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry. She knows Long Island and does a lot of research to provide all the information you need on the areas you are interested in, including calling the village or town halls to get specific information. We needed a hospital close by and a daycare as my husband is ill and we have a 4 year old. When we chose a house we liked Martes provided us with a listing of hospitals close by and information on schools and school districts. She went with us from Huntington to Deer Park and points in between, and then to the Town we finally settled on. She was always ready to help and worked tirelessly on our behalf, and always with a smile. She has a beautiful personality. We worked with other agents when buying and selling our first home and while looking for our 2nd home, none of them were as nice and helpful as Martes. We looked at a number of fantastic suggestions and she worked in my price range and listened carefully to the things I was looking for in a home. The lovely house I live in now off of Melville Road has everything I was looking for, 2 baths, garage, large kitchen, lovely neighborhood etc. Martes found the house and showed it to me and I could not be more thankful and overjoyed. She replies promptly to text and email inquiries and remains knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly throughout the entire home buying process. Thank you Martes!

She is always on top of everything and extremely reliable. She truly wanted the best for us and she proved it time and time again. She also has the patience of a saint!
